Sunbathing by the pool, sampling fine cuisine prepared by world-renowned chefs and swimming with dolphins are just some of the activities guests at luxury hotel Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai can take part in on their holiday. You could experience all this and more if you enter the Atlantis Big Break Competition. Better still, you get to take nine friends along with you.
The ocean-themed Atlantis, The Palm hotel can be found at the centre of the Palm Jumeirah crescent. Participants in the Big Break Competition are asked to make a video depicting why they should win a holiday with nine friends or family for five nights. The prize includes flights for all 10 people, 5 deluxe rooms, ten incredible Dolphin Encounters and a complimentary meal at top Italian restaurant Ronda Locatelli.
You can get involved in the competition in a variety of ways. Participants can download the Atlantis iPhone app and search for ‘Win Amazing Prizes’. Then they can make their video and fill out the entry form. Alternatively, participants can visit the atlantisdubaibigbreak.com and read the instructions on the competition site. After they’ve made their video and filled in the competition entry form it can be uploaded onto Youtube. Or search for ‘Atlantis Resort’ on Facebook and find the Big Break Competition info. Read the instructions, make and upload the video entry and finally, fill in the competition entry form. Winning the competition is about getting as many votes as possible. The ten most popular videos are then reviewed by a judging panel and the overall winner selected.
You don’t have to be an expert film maker to enjoy a break at Atlantis, though - the resort’s Romantic Rendezvous Competition gives anyone the chance to head to Dubai and involves just answering a multiple choice question. The winner will get a round-trip economy airfare for two guests, staying for three nights in an Imperial Club room, daily breakfast, one complimentary dinner in Nobu and Seafire respectively, a spa treatment for two in the Atlantis Spa and two Dolphin Adventures.
Both competitions are open until midnight (Dubai time) on 25 July 2010.
