Ibiza holidays are the first choice of people looking for non stop partying, fun and excitement. The island of Ibiza in the Mediterranean Sea has become the undisputed party capital of the world over the last 30 or so years. Millions of hedonists flock there every year to spend their days in the sun and their nights partying in some of the most amazing clubs in the world.
There are so many world famous clubs to enjoy during your holiday in Ibiza, the only problem is finding the time to get around them all. Some of the most famous are Space (famous for its after parties), Privelege (the world’s biggest nightclub), Pacha (a trendy franchise club with a worldwide brand of its own), and Es Paradis (for its world famous water parties). Add to this the multitude of smaller clubs, bars and nightspots and it’s easy to see why Ibiza is widely recognised as the party capital of the world.
Ibiza holidays call for you to be prepared for a much faster pace of life at night. During the day, things are more relaxed, with people taking to the beach to sunbathe or making their way to Ibiza Town for a wander. As you would expect it is after nightfall is that the island really comes to life and with this in mind Ibiza is not really a good destination if you are looking for a holiday that is quiet and quite subdued.
Ibiza accommodation ranges from cheap apartments to 5 star hotels to private villas. However the majority of young people who go to the island to enjoy Ibiza holidays tend to stay in the more cheaper apartments as they spend a lot of time out on the town. Couples can find some beautiful hotels a little out of the main town, which is ideal if you are looking for somewhere to stay closer to the action but yet you can retreat to should you want to.
If you’re heading to Ibiza for the massive party scene, you need to be aware that every club closes after September, with the exception of Pacha. Their doors are reopened at the start of the party season in June. So if you have booked yourselves on to one of the Ibiza Holidays that falls outside of June to September you need to be prepared for closed down clubs and very few tourists. You also need to be aware that the weather outside of these months can be quite erratic, so you may find that your suntan lotion goes unused.
So if you’re looking for a party this summer, a holiday in Ibiza might be just the ticket. Bear in mind that prices can be very high, and plenty of spending money is a must if you want to get into some of the island’s world famous clubs.
